E-Commerce Site Development & Customization
Built an e-commerce platform wired into three payment gateways — SB Payment Service, GMO Payment Gateway, and Stripe — with a structure that lets new payment methods be added later.
OVERWHELMING OWNERSHIP
More than half of our engineers have 15+ years in the field. Every one of them works with Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor, and we ship systems with AI agents inside them. We hand the work to AI. We do not hand over the judgment.

OUR STRENGTHS
ATI stands for Attoutekina Toujisha Ishiki — overwhelming ownership. We named the company after the decisions we are willing to own. We come in before the scope is settled.
AI Dev
Every employee works with Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor. AI-generated code is reviewed to the same standard as code written by a person. We never leave it to the AI — a human makes the final call and takes responsibility for it.
Productionize
The two we see most: access control that lets one user read another's data, and API keys sitting in client-side code. We check permissions, key handling, dependency vulnerabilities, audit logs, and load before we start.
AI Adoption
We do not stop at a trial. We are a development company, so a use case that proves out gets built. Target tasks, model choice, API spend caps, approval flow — we settle all of it.
DX
Swap the system without changing the work and people go straight back to the spreadsheet. We sort tasks into stop, hand to AI, and keep with a human, then design. In one of our projects, we cut the quote-checking work significantly.
Launch
Technology selection, architecture, release order. We bring the proposal and the reasoning for every early decision. We do not start building around an open question.
SaaS
We map the limits of the standard features and customization, then draw the line on what to build. Often that means adding only the missing pieces, not replacing everything.
Legacy
Modifying live core systems, migrating off end-of-life operating systems and middleware, cloud migration, performance work. We map what each change touches and prepare the rollback before it reaches production.
Team
We do not advise from the outside. We join your development team and take design reviews, code reviews, and incident response.
Four businesses: SES, Consulting, Contract Development, and Recruitment Support. DX programmes and generative-AI adoption run across several of them. Whichever one you engage, an engineer who can make the technical call is the one in front of you.

We don't just fill the seat. We bring the technical call.
Before we assign anyone, we find out what has actually stalled. Too few hands, or nobody empowered to decide? The answer changes who we send.
Engineers with 15+ years take the design and the code review. We do not hand a project to juniors alone — the technical judgment stays partly on our side.
Every engineer we place works with Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor. Requirement wrangling and test code go to the AI, and the time that frees up goes back into design and review.
Sorting out the real problem, proposing fixes, tightening operations — we don't stop at the edge of the statement of work. When something goes wrong mid-project, we act on both the technical and the staffing side.
New stacks and things built to run for a decade. We choose per project, and we will walk you through the reasoning.

A selection of the projects we have designed and built, from startups to large enterprises.

Built an e-commerce platform wired into three payment gateways — SB Payment Service, GMO Payment Gateway, and Stripe — with a structure that lets new payment methods be added later.

Rebuilt a recruitment media site from the ground up. Reorganized the screen flow up to application and swapped the CMS so copy changes could be done in-house.

Consolidated company-wide data split across Kintone and Salesforce into BigQuery, with dashboards scoped so each department sees only the numbers it needs.

Built a meeting room reservation system for offices across multiple sites, with locking designed so the same slot cannot be double-booked during peak hours.

Built a cashless payment system for physical stores, linking the in-store terminal with the member app so booking through payment runs as a single flow.

Migrated an OS and middleware past end of support without taking the service down. We mapped the incompatible dependencies first, fixed the cutover order and the rollback steps, then replaced components in stages.

Built AI agents into existing business systems. Anything requiring a judgment call routes through human approval, and the design keeps logs that trace what the agent did and what it based that on.

Automated quote discrepancy checks and purchase order generation, significantly cutting the manual cross-checking work.

A fault or a change request on a system already in production. A build you are still considering. A generative-AI prototype that has to become the real product. All three are welcome. The earlier you talk to us, the more we can propose. An engineer who works in that area joins from the first meeting.
