Company Profile
Our name is an acronym:
Overwhelming Ownership.
Every founding member of ATI is a working engineer. Leadership, the CEO and CTO included, still sit in on design reviews and incident response. We do not separate the people who decide from the people who build — we called that Overwhelming Ownership and made its initials the company name. We run four businesses: SES, consulting, contract development, and recruitment support.

Vision & Values
When engineers get fixed into the role of building whatever they are told to build, neither the business nor the system improves. ATI exists to make it normal for the same person to hold both the technical decision and the business decision. From concept through operational improvement, we work inside the business.
Requirements get rewritten against the numbers
Where the revenue comes from and where the cost sits. Once we know that, we will sometimes restructure the requirements you gave us and propose the change. Building exactly what we were handed would be easier. We do not do that.
We run new technology before we recommend it
AI, cloud, automation. Before we suggest adopting something, we run it in our own environment and find where it breaks. Giving every employee AI development tools is part of the same rule: no opinions on things we have not used.
We stay on after release
Improvements and incident response after launch stay with us. At the same time we document the operational steps and the reasoning behind each decision and hand them to you. Making you dependent on us is not the goal.
