I have been in the web industry for nearly 20 years, with 18 years of engineering experience. After experimenting with programming as a hobby since junior high school, studying performing arts at Tokyo University of the Arts, and honing my expressive skills at the Shiki Theatre Company, I entered this field.
Serving as VPoE and tech lead at listed companies and ventures—from system planning and development to people development—gave me one conviction: technology only holds value when it is directly tied to business success and organizational growth.
ATI was co-founded in 2023 to embody that conviction through Overwhelming Ownership (ATI). Our goal is not merely to deliver technology, but to accompany clients as true stakeholders who move their businesses forward.
We cherish the community strength learned through OSS activities like the Symfony User Group and BEAR.Sunday, the organizational know-how built on the ground, and—above all—the drive to keep making the "obvious" truly obvious as we grow alongside our clients.

Developed Windows freeware and web applications as a hobby since junior high school, nurturing a passion for making things.
After experiencing the world of performing arts while attending Tokyo University of the Arts, transitioned to the web industry via the Shiki Theatre Company. Worked as VPoE and tech lead at listed companies and ventures, covering planning, development, and talent development for web/IT systems.
While contributing to OSS communities such as the Symfony User Group and BEAR.Sunday, co-founded ATI in 2023 and now leads organizational development from both field and management perspectives as CEO.
